Papersource.com is associated with the Barnes & Noble Paper Source Membership. As a member, customers collect stamps with every $10 spent on eligible items, earn $5 rewards for every 10 stamps collected, and receive special offers throughout the year. Premium Members receive 10% off all qualifying purchases in Paper Source stores, as well as in Barnes & Noble stores and bn.com. All Membership management and account updates need to be handled through a bn.com account. Changes made on one account will not reflect on the other account. For example, updating your payment information on papersource.com will not change the payment information used on bn.com. Membership is available in Paper Source stores, Barnes & Noble stores, and on bn.com. Membership benefits will be coming to papersource.com soon. To sign up online, customers can join as a Member through bn.com. If customers enroll in Membership at a Paper Source store, they will have to create a bn.com account to manage their Membership. If the order is fulfilled in multiple shipments, stamps will be issued over the course of those shipments as the running total of shipped items in the order reaches each $10 threshold. Once 10 stamps have been earned, they are converted to a $5 reward that is issued to the Membership account by the end of the next day. There is no limit for earning stamps and rewards. If the purchase qualifies for stamps, those stamps will be issued and will be converted into a reward once 10 stamps have been collected. Rewards do not expire unless the account is cancelled. Stamps do not expire unless the account is inactive for 12 consecutive months, or the account is cancelled.

Papersource.com offers a full refund for the original purchase price, including any applicable taxes, for returns of new and unread/unopened merchandise made within 30 days of purchase with a store sales receipt or papersource.com packing slip. Eligible refunds will generally be made to your original form of tender. For purchases made with a credit card, debit card or mobile payment, the original form of payment must be present at the time of return to receive a refund. Store credit in the form of an electronic gift card will be issued if the original form of payment is not available or if the original tender is PayPal. For returns with a gift receipt, a store credit will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card for the purchase price within 60 days of purchase. Shrink wrapped or sealed product that has been opened and/or removed from original packaging may not be returned, unless it is defective, in which case it can be exchanged only for the same product.

Regarding the shipping policy, Free Standard Shipping is offered on Orders $60+. These timeframes apply to non-custom products. Please add 5 days for production of customized items. The average delivery time for standard shipping is 3-5 business days. Ground shipping takes 1-4 business days. 2-Day shipping takes 1-2 business days. 1-Day shipping is the fastest method for select products and includes priority fulfillment and door-to-door tracking.

Please note that balloon orders, custom orders, food items, workshops and shipping fees are not returnable or exchangeable. Online flat paper sheets, including fine paper and 26x19 or larger solid paper, are also not returnable or exchangeable. Returns or exchanges will not be permitted after 30 days or without receipt or for product not carried by Paper Source. Paper Source reserves the right to amend these terms at any time in its sole discretion.

To return merchandise, you can bring in your packing slip to any Paper Source store. Or to ship your return, repackage the items you are returning and include your packing slip with the items you are returning circled.
